Senior Programs Manager

Oreoluwa Adeagbo is a public health and research professional with progressive experience managing evidence-driven programmes that support health systems strengthening, health financing, and social development initiatives in Nigeria.

​

Oreoluwa is a Senior Program Manager at NOIPolls, where she oversees multiple projects including the Women Economic Power (SheTank) initiative, the People’s Perception Survey, and the Frequent Health System Tools for Resilience (FASTR) project. In this role, she leads project strategy and execution, coordinates diverse stakeholders, manages risks, and provides oversight for data analysis and report development to ensure high-quality, policy-relevant outputs.

In her work on the FASTR initiative, Oreoluwa supports the implementation of frequent assessment tools aimed at strengthening data use and resilience within Nigeria’s health system. Her responsibilities include coordinating field activities, supporting analytical processes, and ensuring findings are effectively synthesized to inform decision-making and adaptive health system responses.

Prior to joining NOIPolls, Oreoluwa worked with the Solina Centre for International Development and Research, where she contributed to the Gavi Full Portfolio Planning Project, supporting Nigeria’s immunization agenda through situation analysis, theory of change development, and stakeholder engagement. She also served as a Senior Program Analyst on the Frontier Health Market Engage project, conducting private sector landscape assessments across family planning, maternal, and child health markets in Nigeria and other countries.

Earlier in her career, Oreoluwa worked as a Junior Research Analyst on the FIND Project, supporting multi-country disease landscape analyses, and as a Strategic Information and Logistics Officer on the ACHIEVE HIV project, where she supported data management, health information systems, and commodity logistics at facility level.

​

Oreoluwa holds a First-Class Honours degree in Microbiology from Bowen University. She has strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder engagement. She enjoys watching movies and playing games in her free time.
