Eno-Obong Bassey

Senior Programs Manager
Eno-Obong Bassey is a senior program manager at NOIPolls with over 10 years of experience in public health and gender programming. She provides strategic leadership for research, monitoring, and evaluation projects that inform policy and donor decision-making.
At NOIPolls, she worked on and managed several projects including the Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) for Targeted Performance Management of Subnational Tailoring (SNT) in Nigeria – Community Poll which accessed the knowledge and awareness of malaria, the challenges and barriers towards accessing treatment of malaria and healthcare services in general, and to gauge the progress made in target states towards achieving malaria related outcomes.
She was also involved in SheTank project which evaluated their #HerMoneyHerPower campaign, which is a Women Economic Power campaign; and the Identify, Enumerate and Vaccinate training of independent observers and independent cluster supervisors in Kaduna state which was a consultancy conducted on behalf of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA).
Before joining NOIPolls, Eno-Obong has also supported national health initiatives for the Federal Ministry of Health, National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), and previously worked on donor-funded programs with UNESCO, UNFPA, Girl Effect, French Embassy and the Spotlight Initiative.
She is passionate about advancing equitable outcomes for adolescents and women, and girls in particular.
