Chidi Akubue is the Head of Department at the NOIPolls Opinion Polling Centre (NOPC) which puts him in charge of the day-to-day running of the Centre which includes designing survey instruments designs, report writing, proposal writing, quality control checks and cost management control and overseeing its management.
He has over 8 years work experience and has gathered organizational and managerial experience having worked as a Customer Care Representative for Zain Nigeria Telecommunications and later as an Assistant Team Lead at the Airtel Nigeria Telecommunication. His main skillsets include the use of various call center software to guaranty that deliverables are met on time and also ensure customer satisfaction.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna and a diploma in Customer Service. He also has a certification in Workplace Safety and Health, Project Management, Fundamentals of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and currently running a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration at the National Open University, Abuja.
He loves to meet new people and is also a keen traveler. He is a football enthusiast and a fervent supporter of the Chelsea football club.
