Chineze Udechukwu

Chineze Udechukwu currently leads the Human Resources and Administration Unit. She is responsible for leading and improving Human Resource and Admin functions in delivering quality and business focused HR services for the strategic and operational development of the company.

She is also responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring effective Administrative and HR systems to support business operations. Having worked in the IT and Real Estate sectors for over 7 years, she has garnered comprehensive experience in: Recruitment; Employee benefits and welfare; HR policy design, Performance Management and Administration.

She is passionate about bridging the gap between Management and Staff while ensuring that the Organization works to achieve its goals. In her spare time, she likes to work with children and has a personal interest in humanitarian work..
